Activity in small doses

Recently I read that the desire to exercise is hardwired into our genes. If that is so, it would be difficult to ever get some people to the gym … or even if they/we get in, we may not be regular. Exercise is not everyone’s cup of tea. However, with our increasingly sedentary lifestyles and love of good food, we need to do it.
